Nathan is currently a Teaching Professor of Chemistry at Lehigh University. Past research experience with small molecule chemistry targeting precursors for CVD and ALD and mechanistic understanding of precursor reactivity on a substrate. Previously at Lam Research as a process engineer, helping to translate mechanistic understanding of ALD to customer satisfaction.
